    • Custom orders are only accepted in limited quantities periodically. To be notified about availability, subscribe to our newsletter!
  • Can I put my tumbler in the dishwasher?
    • Tumblers are hand wash only. For complete care instructions, click here.
  • What brand of tumblers do you use?
    • Hogg and The Steel Magnolia
  • Do you take refunds?
    • Refund and exchanges are not accepted due to the handmade nature of each item.
  • What if my tumbler arrives damaged?
    • Customers have seven days from receiving the package to notify seller about items damaged during transit.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    • Gift cards are not currently available. We hope to implement this option in the near future.
