- Do you take refunds?
- Refund and exchanges are not accepted due to the handmade nature of each item.
- What if my tumbler arrives damaged?
- Customers have seven days from receiving the package to notify seller about items damaged during transit.
- Do you offer gift cards?
- Gift cards are not currently available. We hope to implement this option in the near future.
